They did some of Me & Mr. Blue and they also performed How Would You Know which led into If I Had My Way (Big Sugar) and back again. Ian had many feedbacks and was ready to walk off, he stopped singing numerous times because of said feedback and he had to give instructions to the sound guy about his monitors since he couldn't hear himself. Patrick reassured him many times that he sounded great but Ian was still really angry about the situation. It looks really painful for the performer when they get feedback but the audience barely suffers the effects. They are perfectionists, thank God for that, but the band has to keep in mind that we the audience are so in awe of them that feedback is a small price to pay for that fabulous musicianship. At one point Ian said that even if blood was coming out of his mouth we'd still be jumping around and enjoying ourselves. One or two crowd surfers which practically ended up on stage. Ian mentioned that they spent 3 days in Victoria. He also went through the whole speech about people in the west being a bunch of f*&^ing pot-smoking hippies. Ian invited everyone back to the bus after the show, saying that they were there until 5am so come on by if you're feeling lucky! We all sang Happy Birthday to Brian, he looked really embarassed. Oh yeah, Dave looks good with hair but the little mustache kinda makes him look like an '80s pornstar!
